Open Word > File > Options > Customize Ribbon > Down below you have Keyboard Shortcuts: Customize > Reset All (This will reset all your existing shortcuts and even custom made ones) Unforunately, the Reset doesn't help. I have new laptop and newly installed MS Office. No leftovers, add-inns etc.
